Refunds and Compensations
You can ask for a refund or compensation by filling the downloadable form or contacting AIS Airlines via firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are entitled to a refund or compensation this will be refunded to the credit card you used when paying for the flight(s). Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the request has been made. Refunds due to cancelled flights will be processed within 5 business days.
In some cases refunds are accepted upon presenting a medical certificate, provided by a Doctor of Medicine (MD) employed by a registered medical clinic. To be eligible for a refund we need the following information:
- Name, signature and contact information of the doctor.
- Name and social security number of the passengers.
- Short description of why the journey could not be conducted.
- Date when the certificate was issued.
- Medical clinic stamp.
Together with the ticket number of the unused ticket the medical certificate must be sent to email@example.com.
